At the Post-Acute Care Center at the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington, we provide hope, healing, dignity, and value for each patient. We focus on the lifestyle of each individual and make your goals our priority.

A Record of Positive Outcomes

98% Back-to-home recovery rate for short-stay patients
13.17% Readmission rate to hospital within 30 days of admission (national average:16%)
97% Satisfaction rating on Maryland Health Care Commission survey (State average: 79%)

Our "go-home" rate reflects the success of our approach to post-acute care and the advantages of a state-of-the-art gym in the Hebrew Home's Wasserman Residence. It's an unbeatable setting for recovery. Our multi-disciplinary team works on treatment goals all day, not only in a therapy session. Watch our video.
